Hearts of Oak suffered their third loss in three Ghana Premier League games at the hands of Medeama Sporting Club.

After 65 minutes, Kobina Amoah struck first for the Yellow and Mauve team, putting his free kick into the goal to give his team the lead.
Nine minutes from the end of regulation time, Godfred Abban increased Medeama’s advantage with a low shot that beat the Hearts goalie.
Throughout the entire game, the Accra-based team was the second-best team and was unable to overcome their two goals given up.
With this loss, the Phobians have now dropped their last three league games after being undefeated in their first eight games.
After 25 games, Abubakar Ouattara’s team is now 11th in the league table. They will next play Karela United.
In other results, Samartex drew 1-1 with Legon Cities to gain a point.
